Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. If you’re ordering after midday but would like your order delivered that day if possible, please call us on (03) 8338 0038.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week. Saturday deliveries are made between 12pm-5pm; Sunday deliveries are made between 12pm-4pm except for Mother's day.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but you can request an AM or PM delivery. Our delivery window for mornings is between 9am and 12pm; in the afternoon it’s between 12pm and 5pm.
What if I want changes to an arrangement, or want to make a custom order?
We’re very happy to accommodate special requests – please call us on (03) 8338 0038. If it’s something as simple as using a particular colour of wrapping paper or ribbon, you can request this within ‘special instructions’ at checkout.
Can I add something to my flowers?
Absolutely. We have a large range of helium balloons, teddy bears, alcohol, sweets, chocolates and other items complement your flowers. Let us know what you’d like, and we can create a package for you.
Are the prices displayed inclusive of delivery?
The prices listed for our bouquets, hampers and gifts don’t include delivery; the delivery cost is calculated at checkout.
What if my delivery postcode isn’t displayed at checkout?
We deliver to most of Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs. If your delivery postcode isn’t displayed, please contact us on (03) 8338 0038.
What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If no-one can accept delivery, our courier will leave your flowers in a protected location at the delivery address, and we’ll notify you or the recipient that delivery has occurred. Hampers cannot be left as they contain food products; if the recipient can’t accept delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a time for re-delivery.
What if the flowers are being delivered to a work address?
If the flowers are being delivered to a business address, please provide as much detail as you can regarding business hours for that organisation and when you expect the recipient to be there.
Do you provide businesses with ongoing floral arrangements?
Yes, we have relationships with a number of local businesses who need flowers for their reception area, staff and customers. Please call us on (03) 8338 0038 for more information.
How do I care for my flowers?
Please place cut flowers and bouquets in a vase or clean container filled with water as soon as possible following delivery. Cut the bottom of the stems on an angle before you place the flowers in water; this ensures they can take up water freely.
To prolong the life of your flowers, change the water every second day and re-cut the stems whenever you change the water.
If your flowers are in a boxed arrangement or ceramic container, gently push the greenery or blooms aside to check whether the arrangement has enough water and top up the water as needed.
Please keep your flowers away from heaters and air conditioners if possible.
Why have I received closed buds and not open blooms?
Some flowers need to be transported as closed and tight blooms; these buds will open over the coming days.
